QR code table tent maker.

Make your code, add your name and brand colour, and download fold-over tents with a number for every table. Print on card, fold, and they stand up on their own.

1. Make your code

What should the code open?
Dark colours on white scan best.

Your code appears here as you type.

Made in your browser: nothing you type is sent to Qrunto. The code holds its content itself, so it never expires.

2. Design your tents

Filled in for you from the kind of code. Change it if you like.

For the band with your name.
Layout

Prints "Table 1", "Table 2" and so on, one tent or card each. Leave at 0 for no numbers.

Made in your browser: nothing you type is sent to Qrunto. Print one, scan it with your phone, then print the rest.

How to fold a tent

  1. Print on thick card, around 250 to 300 gsm (90 to 110 lb cover). Thin paper flops over.
  2. Fold along the dashed line, with the printing on the outside. Run a fingernail or a ruler along the fold for a sharp crease.
  3. Stand it on the table as a tent. The top half is printed upside down on purpose, so both sides read the right way up.

Tips for codes that scan first time

  • Print one and test it with an iPhone and an Android phone from a seat, in your real lighting, before printing the rest.
  • Matte, not glossy. Glossy lamination reflects ceiling lights into the camera.
  • Keep the dark colour dark. A light code colour above will be hard for some phones to read.
  • Check them weekly for fake stickers placed over your code. Our guide to fake QR code stickers shows what to look for.

Questions

Does the code on the tents expire?

No. The code holds your link, Wi-Fi details or text itself, and nothing passes through Qrunto. It works for as long as what it points to exists. Read static vs dynamic QR codes for why that matters.

Why number the tables if every code is the same?

So customers can tell you where they're sitting when they order or ask for the bill. With the free maker every tent has the same code. The Qrunto app gives each table its own code, so you can see which tables scan most.

Can I add my logo?

Not in the free maker, which uses your name and brand colour. The Qrunto app puts your logo in the middle of every code and makes the same tents.

Some letters in my name didn't print.

The PDF uses a standard font that covers English and most European letters. Emoji and some other scripts can't be printed with it, so we leave them out and tell you when we do.

A code for every table

Numbered codes, scan counts and your logo.

Qrunto gives every table its own code, counts the scans, puts your logo in the middle and lets you change the menu without reprinting. Coming soon to iPhone and Android.
