Delete your Qrunto account.
You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Qrunto and go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away.
By email
If you can't use the app, email support@qrunto.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Qrunto account". We'll confirm it's you, delete the account within 30 days, and tell you when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your account and email address
- Your business profile, logo and brand details
- All your codes, menus and price lists, and any menu photos not already deleted
- Scan counts for your codes
What happens to printed codes
Editable codes (the ones that open a qrts.app link) stop working. Static codes, such as most Wi-Fi codes, keep working, because their content is inside the code itself.
What we keep
- Reports that customers made about your codes are kept, no longer linked to your account, so we can deal with abuse.
- Deleted data can stay in our providers' backups for a short time before it's overwritten.
- If you bought Pro, Apple or Google keep their own payment records. Cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings, because deleting your Qrunto account doesn't cancel it.
